25 – 100 Ton Hot Pressing Furnaces come with larger chamber sizes and are housed in a large 4 post frame rated at 25 to 100 Ton.
6” (152mm) of travel is standard for increased sample or die sizes. Temperature specifications are 2300°C max. with the press rods installed, 2600°C in batch configuration.
A 12” dia. X 12” high (305mm dia. X 305mm high) usable zone is standard with other sizes available.
Arc Melting Furnace ABJ-900-3 has three arc stingers instead of one to create a larger more uniform melt. This furnace can instantly reach temperatures over 3500°C.

Our 5 Ton (44.4KN) and 10 Ton (88.9 kN) hot pressing furnace have a two post load frame and are capable of temperatures up to 2300C in gas or vacuum, 2600C in batch configuration. Travel 4” (101mm) with 0.001” (0.01mm) control increments, Pressure Control with 1lbs (4N) Force increments

The ABJ-338 is our small bell jar arc melt furnace. The chamber is hinged backwards to allow easier access to and loading of the material. The 3.38“ (86mm) hearth plate also allows for multiple crucibles vs the single crucible of the SA/TA-200.This bell jar is a complete, water-cooled, turn-key system for sustained high temperature above 3500°C.
The TA-200 is identical to our SA-200 Arc Melt Furnace, but has three stingers instead of one, allowing for a bigger more homogeneous melt, and has a larger power supply. This arc melt furnace has a 2” (51mm) copper hearth with crucible which holds customer material. All our systems come as a complete turn-key system and can reach temperatures above 3500°C instantly.
Arc Melt Furnace SA-200 is our smallest most economical arc melt model. It comes with a single arc stinger and a 2″ (51mm) dia. melting area. The arc reaches temperatures over 3500°C instantly.
