Job Description:

MRF is seeking a Regional Sales Executive to cover a specified territory to strategize and improve existing marketing techniques while attracting more clients to generate revenues and increase brand awareness. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented, self-starter, team player that strives for top quality workmanship. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced outside sales manager to join a great team and successful growing company.

Essential Job Functions:

Frequent travel throughout territory (50%+). This may be Domestic or International.
Effectively Manage the Pipeline of new business to support short- and long-term goals of the company.
Ensure positive customer relationships are built and maintained at all times.
Create materials for and conduct sales presentations to new and existing customers.
Generate new business with new or existing customers by staying up to date on all new advancements in the industry.
Routinely interact face-to-face with customers to foster strong relationships and maintain satisfaction with the services we offer.
Provide technical support as required by working with all departments within the company as needed.
Work with Internal Engineering, Manufacturing and Leadership team to advocate for customer by providing accurate and immediate customer feedback.
Personally accountable for time allocation and priorities to reach goals and applying efforts to high ROI opportunities.
Review and evaluate technical specifications, prepare quotations and proposals, and execute a follow-up process utilizing inside sales support, company tools, and guidelines.

Knowledge/Education/Certification Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in a Technical or Business discipline is preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
3-5 years of Application Engineering and Sales related work experience
Experience in an Industrial Sales and Manufacturing environment, especially in heat treat or processing industries.

Job Description:

High temperature furnace manufacturer in Allenstown NH seeks a person with mechanical skills to assemble high temperature vacuum and controlled atmosphere furnaces. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented team player who strives for top quality workmanship, who will be comfortable reading blueprints, and capable of assembling gas and water systems. Experience in this field is a plus, but we are willing to train the right individual. Must be a self-starter.

Essential Job Functions:

Assembly of products according to specifications.
Assembly of components for gas, water, vacuum, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
Assembly of mechanical components.
Rework and make parts as needed.
Performs tasks to support the assembly floor and the entire facility.
Detects and reports defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor.
Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations.
Performs prescribed preventative maintenance on machinery and the building or grounds as required.
Deliver and pick-up parts/products from vendors.
Able to read blueprints and drawings and follow verbal instructions.
Able to properly use measurement tools, gauges, etc.

Knowledge/Education/Certification Requirements:

High school diploma
1-2 years hands-on experience in manufacturing environment
Some mechanical knowledge/understanding

Physical Requirements:

Attention to detail to ensure that all parts fit correctly and are suitable for the final product is essential.
The employee must regularly lift and move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.

Working Conditions

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to environmental vibrations. The employee occasionally works near moving mechanical parts and in high, precarious places and is occasionally exposed to the risk of electrical shock. The noise level in the work environment can be very loud.
