We primarily build furnace systems, but also are frequently engaged in designing and building partial systems to mount to or in other equipment: upgrading controls, automating process equipment, supplying heaters and shields, providing hydrogen kits, vacuum system, vacuum chambers, etc. Contact us

We at MRF take pride in our products and work to make our design reliable, easy to operate and long lasting. If for any reason you encounter a problem with one of our products, and the operating manual does not state how to deal with the issue, you can get free technical assistance by calling MRF at Tel. (603) 485 2394 or Email Us. An engineer will discuss the problem with you and determine the necessary steps to alleviate the problem.

Field Service
Field service is available if you request that someone assist you with the setup, maintenance, training or operation of our products. Field service is typically purchased for new furnace installs to ensure the product is set up and installed correctly, and to train operators, maintenance personnel and supervisors.
Maintenance contracts, emergency field service for troubleshooting and repairs, and upgrades or modifications are another reason our field service engineers are requested. An experienced engineer will travel to your location and perform requested work. Please contact us for setting up a schedule or to obtain field service rates.

On-site Lab Furnaces, Toll work
For process development, research, low volume or short term batch production work, we have two Laboratory furnaces and an Arc melt furnace available to run your product. If a complete furnace system is not in your budget or if your furnace needs are temporary, renting time on our lab furnaces is an ideal way to perform your work without the investments associated with purchasing a complete furnace system.
Our rates include temperature profile programming, all utility costs including gas, use of our hot zone furniture* and any assistance you might possibly need. Our lab furnaces are located separately from our manufacturing environment and offer privacy and comfort. Run data is trended and stored, and is available to our customers (does not apply to our arc melt furnace). Email Us for more information or to request service rates.
