MRF’s line of bottom loading high temperature furnaces – Model B – is ideal for large, heavy or high volume workloads, which proves especially useful in production environments. Loading work from the bottom has the advantage of accommodating load/sample structures that are large, heavy and/or complex without requiring overhead cranes or compromising ergonomics of the workplace. Parts are loaded or unloaded from the support arm at a comfortable position separate from the furnace without using precious furnace operation time.

A linear actuator is employed to raise and lower workload assemblies into the heating area with precision while loading time is kept to a minimum. The lift arm holds a load support assembly and seals the chamber environment.
