Insulators, seals and ceramic parts
Miscellaneous common furnace parts that might require occasional replacement:
- Ceramic insulators
- Clamps
- Centering rings
- Copper Gaskets
- Ceramic washers
- Graphite mounting hardware
- Feed throughs
- Ceramic Tubes
- Vacuum Grease
Most of these parts can be found on a typical water-cooled high temperature furnace. As many of these parts are fragile, small, or are meant for one-time use only, they should be kept at hand as some might need replacement during dis- and re-assembly or during maintenance.
