We are delighted to announce Robert Berliner has joined the MRF team to serve as VP of Engineering. Bob graduated from the University of New Hampshire, in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Economics, and swiftly immersed himself into tackling thermal processing system challenges. He has applied his capabilities to numerous advanced materials processing areas such as fiber optics, advanced compound semiconductor crystals, superconducting materials, rapid thermal processing, technical ceramics, and metal alloys.
Over the years, Bob has accumulated extensive experience in the high-temperature furnace industry. His career has progressed with projects at Mellen, activities with GT Advanced Technologies, and now into a leadership role at MRF. He thoroughly understands the complexity of project management and the intricacies of enhancing engineering processes to produce precision thermal processing systems on schedule and within the client’s budget.

MRF is pleased to announce the promotion of Paul Holt to Regional Sales Manager. Paul has expertly supported clients and projects at MRF since joining the team in 2010. He has repeatedly proven himself to be a committed advocate to always do the right thing for clients and colleagues.
Paul leverages extensive experience in customer service, technical support, and sales activities into his new position, along with several years of experience with MRF’s precision furnace systems. The clients he is diligently supporting are leaders in the processing and testing of composites (CMC’s and C-C’s), advanced ceramics (SiC, AlN, Si3N4), SiC crystals, and tantalum.
